I replace valve cover and spark plugs on the cylinder head near the radiator and after that I lost power on cylinder 4 cylinder 6 can anyone tell me why?

I have a 2003 Ford Escape and replace the value cover gaskets and spark plugs on the cylinder head near the radiator after the work was complete I started the vehicle and #4 and #6 culture lost power can anyone help and tell me Y? I replaced valve cover gaskets plugs and coil's on all cylinders and the ECM nutting changed
