I need to know what the cable is called that holds speed for cruise/speed control

What is your question?

My cruise control will not work at all. So i zip tied the cable(not sure what the name is) to the part that controls the throttle. It works now. But I need the proper parts. not just a zip tie

just had the cable replaced (cruise control cable) $200.00 installed at a local shop

i used a pair of zip ties over a year ago - the replacement module will fail just like the original did - its a design flaw...
