I have tried new EGR valve, flow sensor, solenoid, but when engine first starts open loop, it is fine. After about 30 seconds it goes closed loop, and starts to idle rough, and does not want to accelerate unless you rev it first to kinda clear it out. I have disconnected the EGR, and it runs great. Currently the vacuum line that goes to the EGR valve, is now going to one side of the EGR flow sensor to keep it happy, and not dump any EGR in eng. No codes. But before doing this, it would run great warm (no codes), just horrible for a few minutes when it comes out of open loop into closed loop, dumping EGR in. I have Forscan, and could probably get some info if needed. It shows EGR 0% till I hit the gas pedal, however, if the EGR valve is connected, it runs crappy cold. (replaced valve twice to eliminate that being the problem). Even when it sits shut off, and temp is still kinda warm, it runs crappy like cold start. Already changed intake/tb gaskets, throttle body, and some vacuum lines.
What makes this problem better or worse?
I hear something that sounds like light knocking on acceleration sometimes under load
