This is the second EGR valve we install on. The side where it connects to intake is blowing out a huge hole??? Help

You have a plugged convertor, You will have to have a shop check the back pressure to find out which one. You will want to have the checked soon. I have seen them blow a hole in the intake if they get to bad.
