2003 Escape Car starts but most of the electronics won't work

2003 Ford Escape.
My car cranks up just fine. But after it starts, the following won't work:
1. Interior lights
2. Radio system
3. Side Mirror adjustment
When the engine is off, the door locks, won't work. The mileage would not be displayed on the dashboard. However, they do work when the car is in ignition or when the engine is running.
Headlights and seat adjustments work just fine, doesn't matter if the car is on or off.
