Small water leak on passenger side.any idea what this could be?

Water "leaking" can also be the draining of evaporative water from the air conditioning system -- this would be normal. The trick is making sure it is water, and not coolant. If it's coolant, a pressure test of your cooling system is required. The "radiator light" -- do you mean low coolant? Check the coolant level and ensure it is filled to the proper level.
