Honestly, a proper diagnosis is in order... But...from your info: It's hard with a string of codes like that to know if you have a single problem or multiple problems. I would start with the P030x codes, as they indicate cylinder misfires, and are usually due to faulty plugs and/or coil boots and/or coils. Replace all the plugs, replace all the coil boots and recheck. At worst, you may need a #2, #5 and #6 coil too. But do the boots first and recheck. The P0401 is an EGR flow issue - see if it comes back and pursue that next. The P1131 and P1151 codes - see if these codes come back too. Good luck.

try replacing the egr pressure senser.i was told 2 .but havent tried it yet. go 4 it! lol
