daytime runing lights start flashing after awhile

Are you certain it's your DRL's flashing? Are you watching this from outside the car? I've never really heard this issue before; I would have to say that a diagnostic test must be performed to really see what is happening. A natural guess is for a faulty DRL module. This is a small box found within the left front rocker panel area. Just a guess though.

does the red brake light glow very dim. if so it is the park brake switch at the base of the park brake handle.when the park brake is on the daytime lights don't work. with a bad switch it causes the lights to work intermintently mine did this for a year then stopped. I have another used switch but is is hard to get at to replace.
