clunking noise in rear when turning R orL but not when straight ahead driving.

If its like mine the whole rear fender well is rusted out. I found my shock floppin around loose cutting out a large whole leading into the rear hatch area...absolutly nothing left to attach new shock to....there's recall for front sub-frame corrosion problems. But ford can't realize they used the same shit material in the back??
