ac blows cold at idle...driving blows hot..why

Hello, without doing an evaluation of your air conditioning system, I would be just guessing, but either you have an internal refrigerant system issue, meaning low in charge, pressure issue, compressor / clutch issue, or you could have an electrical cycle switch or high pressure cut off switch issue. Only a hands on diagnosis will yield results.
