What is your question?
Battery was dead, manually enters car. I did not get the fob into the cradle within 10 seconds and I am unable to jump start my 2020 ford edge.

Hey, my name is Dusty and I'm one of the auto experts with RepairPal's Car Genius team here to help! What a pain in the neck! A second person helping out should make this much easier, try locking and unlocking the car using the fob, if the battery is too far gone, connect your jump source long enough to unlock and open the vehicle. Once you've gained access to the vehicle, have your helper disconnect the jumper cables, place the key into the cradle, then have them re-connect the cables and attempt to start it again. If the issue persists, you may need to have it towed to a reputable shop, as there could be another issue preventing your Edge from starting.
