What is your question?
I have a new 2018 Ford Edge Titanium. The day after I took delivery on 10/31/18, it failed to start using the traditional "push button" mode. It did start when placing the key fob in the designated console slot using the alternative starting method. When this failure occurs, the radio and touch screen will not immediately work until driving several miles seeming to indicate a battery drain is occurring as the touch screen functions re-appear after a few minutes of driving. However, the problem continually re-occurs. My Dealer has been great in trying to address the problem but to no avail. I replaced the battery in the key fob as suggested in the Owners Manual and that seemed to correct the problem but only for a period of two weeks when the failure to start re-occurs - even after a long drive - and required the use of the alternative starting method of placing the fob in the designated console slot. The Dealer has advised that Ford has been contacted for assistance. Help!
