The air conditioner is blowing out hot air on the passenger side but cold air as it is supposed to on the drivers side.
How long has your 2016 Ford Edge had this problem?
just started blowing hot last week

Hello, hopefully you still have the remainder of a factory warranty for your Edge! If you are ensuring your dual zone climate control is set properly to have cold coming out both sides, then you could have a problem with the temperature blend control mechanism that requires testing. It's too hard to say without hands on testing, and again -- hopefully you have a factory warranty that will help the dealership diagnose and repair this for you without charge! Good luck.
