Leak on the rear drivers side

Hi - I am Dave, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Wow, leak from brakes sounds scary! But - is it a brake fluid leak? A fuel leak? An axle leak (if this is an all wheel drive model)? It sounds like an inspection is in order to find out what is happening. I will say a brake fluid leak - unless physical damage has occurred - would be extremely rare for a vehicle of this age in a temperate location like California. Have a shop near you have a look - and hopefully it's easily resolvable.
