What is your question?
Bought a preowned 2016 Ford Edge SE and it just passed 45K miles. About 2 months ago (after spouse took on a road trip from MA to central NJ and back) It began running rough on acceleration. It is not noisy at idle, only when I put my foot on the gas at any point. I took it in for it’s routine oil change and had all the standard fluids topped off and the air filter inspected. The team at Valvoline gave a thumbs up and sent me on my way, but the rough acceleration remains. I haven’t noticed any additional noises, smells or vibrations, but on quick search, I’ve read that it could be a clogged fuel line/system, spark plugs that need replacing, or a vacuum leak. Do any of these sound plausible? Is there anything else that I should look at as a cause?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Taking my foot off of the gas seems to make things better
How long has your 2016 Ford Edge had this problem?

Valvoline might be acceptable at changing oil, but they have zero ability to diagnose concerns. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops You need a repair technician near you to perform a needed diagnostic test to find out what is going on. The concern could be ignition related (spark plugs, coils, etc), fuel delivery related (injectors, etc), air intake related, emissions controls related. No way to know what's going on without testing. Do not continue driving until the concern is checked and resolved; you can do more damage by driving.
