Yellow wrench light comes on with check manual

2013 Ford Edge- Just had the master cylinder, 2 sensors, and the power booster replaced. Now a yellow wrench comes on and see manual. After it sits a little bit, the light and warning goes away. But after it's driven again it comes on. What do you think is going on?????

What makes this problem better or worse?

After its been driven around 50 miles or so the warning comes on.
