my 2013 ford edge has lost all communication and the screen is completely black.

it says temporarily lost communication with climate system. the screen is completley black and i have no control over the air/heat/defrost/radio and back up camera. I have taken the battery off, this turned it back on once, but it has since gone out and will not come back on.
