A: Sounds like the servo that controls the temperature on that side is shorting and going bad, or the blend door actuator is going bad.

Thanks that will help but if you could I researched this little thought it may be the actuator but what is the servo?

Servo is what communicates with the system to tell the actuator where it should be. They all work together.
