Why do I keep getting a misfire after replacing plug, coil, and ECU?

I started getting misfires in cylinder 1 and 2, so I replaced the plugs and noticed one of the coils was cracked, so I replaced that too. It was still misfiring so I took it to a shop and they said the ECU was bad, they replaced it and I’m still getting a misfire in cylinder 2. I have no idea where to go from here. What do I do now?

What makes this problem better or worse?
