why does 13N02 covers only some 2010 ford edge for mst cylinder and booster ?

I hear hissing noise when braking and have to press on the brake pedal harder and sometimes it feels like it's not going to stop there is noise also when reversing it has gotten worse within the past week. called ford motor company spoke with Tiffany and was told that my VIN# was not covered because of the manufacturing date of the car and I asked about the extended warranty according to 13N02, she said sorry nothing she nor her supervisor could do. since others have similar problems with this car there should have been a recall on this model starting from 2007, so far I have read over 685 complaints with this model. I only have 82,948.4 miles on the car. where is the help? ford tough take responsibility.
