Hello, If these problems started with replacing or removing the radiator, I would be concerned about the possibility of a leak at the air conditioning condenser that could have been caused by mistake. Also, if the coolant was not filled completely you may see the engine get warm, or too warm while the heater core is void of coolant. Also, if there is still a code for overheating due to the failed radiator, the air conditioner can be disabled by the engine control module to prevent further overheating. This one will likely require scan testing, and I encourage you not to remove the battery cable or clear codes with a code reader before it can be seen by a professional.
