Hello, if you have no air flow, then it definitely sounds like the fan / blower motor is not functioning. The problem is -- why? Testing will need to be performed to see if you have a problem with the climate control system itself, the blower controller (for vehicles with automatic temperature control), blower resistor (without automatic temperature control), or the fan motor itself. You could also have a concern with wiring. Check all fuses related to the system as well to see if something has blown. If it has, replace the any bad fuses with one(s) of the proper amperage requirement, and recheck for operation.

blower motor sounds like a likely culprit based on the made noise on turns staement, a proper diagnosis will need to be made before the repair, this should be a pretty easy job though
