What is your question?
Saturday I was driving on the highway and noticed my TCS light come on. It was dry and hot so I knew It wasn’t from slipping. When I shut the car off and turned it back on the light went away but came back on as soon as I started driving. I was going to call my mechanic Monday. I went to start the car this morning and it was dead. I’m going to go and try jumping it now.

Hello, the traction control light would indicate a concern with the vehicle dynamics - such as antilock brakes or traction control systems. Testing with a proper diagnostic tester that can read chassis codes and monitor chassis data is essential. As far as the car being "dead" - this is not necessarily related. Checking the battery then the starting and charging system will be required.
