Loss of power and speed under uphill conditions

What is your question?

Fairly recent problem. Engine light flashes then comes on steady when under a load such as going uphill. Rpm's increase and speed slows quickly.When I hit level ground, seems fine. Just over 192k, well maintained vehicle. Autozone read code and said #6 cylinder is misfiring but seems to run fine without any problems except when under a load.Any suggestions?

Mininum repair, replace the coil on the 2nd spark plug back from the front of the engine on the drivers side. (#6)
