I'm replacing the timing cover gasket, and after I removed the harmonic balancer, there is a part that I can't figure how to take it off,it's blocking the timing cover from coming off,it sits on the Franck, between the timing cover and harmonic balancer, thanks in advance.

There is no such part! .. Google > 1994 E350 harmonic balancer .. Look at pictures .. Did you remove that whole piece or 'somehow' you have pulled just the outer ring off the center hub of the balancer? .. Unless you used an actual *harmonic balancer puller* with bolts and removed the whole assembly in one piece - then you have destroyed the balancer!
I used a puller, and the balancer it's complete,is there anyway to upload pictures here?
No images can be posted, just for the heck of it which engine is in the van? .. Never mind, it doesn't really matter .. I have no idea what you got there, been doing auto repair for over 43 years now, never had to remove any such part! .. There simply ain't nothing there... Find an auto repair savvy buddy for some hands-on help .. You might as well go buy another balancer .. Good luck!
I'm gonna upload a video on YouTube, honestly I have never seen anything like this,I'll send you a link once it's uploaded.
That'll work.
Ok,it's called the space balancer counter weight,Part number is D9TE6359-AA,I end up breaking the dang thing in half to get it out.
I've seen a smooth spacer on the 460's and I've seen the counterweight on the older 429's but I've never seen the counterweight on the std 460... Never to old to learn .. I stand corrected! .. Good luck with the repairs!
I got it figured out ,the woodruff key was really stuck, had to heat it up,I thought the key was part of the crankshaft and I didn't wanna damage it before I find out more about it. Thank you.
