My cargo van doesn't want to take gas when I'm pumping you can only pump a dollar at a time. It will. shut off. I m not topping it off.

ford has a service bulletin, 12-2-14, that states the carbon canister will clog up from dirt in system. it lists replacing carbon canister, fuel cap, filler tube and installing a vent kit.
