If your engine will not crank, you shouldn't be concerned with the fuel pump relay -- that has nothing to do with engine cranking. Focus your attention on vehicle electrical concerns - is the battery fully charged and able to handle a load? Is the transmission in Park or Neutral and does the vehicle processor recognize that? Are the battery cables clean and free of corrosion? Are main fuses intact and not blown? Is the starter able to crank the engine or is it drawing too much amperage? Hands on testing is needed. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops/ford-repair-and-service-in-albany-georgia
