My Ford van will not shift into park.

Did you TEST the fuses?... Last one I worked on had a broken wire under the upper column cover going to ignition lock... However it was blowing fuses BUT will have same effect!... (1997) > Can't you turn key to the on position then back just a tad and shift from park?
