Dont even have to take the pan out, just drop it down! Remove oil gasket, install the new one. Talk to a MECHANIC, should know what to tell you. I dont type well enough! IT CAN BE DONE!!

One piece rubber gasket, you have to work it under the pick up tube, it aint easy but neither is pulling the pan OUT! Gasket set comes with some helper dowles to aid the install, you can do it, i bet on it!
