Hello, The F150, mostly, is a well-built truck, but they have had some issues with electrical components in over the years. The ECM electrical connector has been known to back out over time, or even fall off while turning. The body security module can cause these issues if there is a short in the circuit board/connector. Also, there may be an issue with the wireless control module, and, like the other possible causes, this will require a good deal of work to diagnose. There may just be some damaged wires lurking around, but likely the fuse is receiving electrical input from both sides of the fuse. You will need good electrical diagnostic skills, diagrams, and a multi-meter. Otherwise, trust a professional technician with this one.
