The check engine light is not coming on when it did it said misfires and running lean . I have replaced all spark plugs and all ignition coil's . This all started after I replaced an oxygen sensor

Hello, I suspect a vacuum leak causing the low idle and poor running. This will cause lean codes, especially if you have P0171 and P0174 at the same time. This is one possible cause - and probably only part of your concerns, as misfires are also areas of attention.
It will not go over 2000 RPMs and it will not go over 20 mph while driving . The mechanic said he fixed a few vacuum leaks . It is not throwing any codes
Intake air restrictions and exhaust system restrictions will also prevent the engine from developing needed power.
