What is your question?
I've replaced all the relays, solenoid, starter, the battery and the ignition and had the alternator checked and my 1988 Ford E150 club wagon with a 4.9 engine will not even turn over and I don't know what is next no leaks and strange noise exept the relays click when I turn the ignition but the lights, the blinkers, the heater fan and door locks and everything but the wipers come on but no crank.

If your engine will not even turn over -- have you put a breaker bar and socket on the crankshaft and tried to manually turn the engine? Maybe it doesn't turn at all! This isn't that complicated a system. Start at battery voltage and amperage and ensure it is fully charged and able to sustain a load. Testing goes from there. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
