What would Make the A/c / heat Blower motor the radio & power windows all stop ?

I pulled every fuse and checked them as well as with a fuse tester none bad I also replaced the relays and my ignition and nothing did any good

i don't know,if all fuses are good,relays good.check the wires coming through the door,maybe short or broken wire.
