My car start burning from floor by my gas pedal what is the problem?

That is very unusual .. Are you positive the hole is actually 'burnt' through the carpet? .. That should have produced a very distinct smell and some smoke as it was happening .. Could it be a hole that has been 'worn' into the carpet by the heel of ones shoe? .. Do you have a floor mat on the drivers side that had to be lifted up to see this hole? .. Any work at all been done to the undercarriage of the car?

First thing that comes to our minds is if any changes were made to the exhaust system that would place it too close to the underside of the car, it could cause excess heat that could burn through into the interior.
