My 2005 crown Victoria is not turning over
What is your question?
My engine is not turning over but when I turn the key on and try to turn the engine over I hear a clicking sound coming from the fuse box in the engine compartment. But the past winter I had it running and then I let it sit without starting it and now it won't do anything all the lights work and everything. Also I had to replace the driver side front fender if that had anything to do to it. Really need help!!

It was hooked up to another battery while I tried turning it over
ok,but even if you are using a good set of jumper cables and they are connected correctly on each vehicle and your battery is dead,you will need to let the vehicle with the good battery run for around 10-15 minutes before trying to crank the vehicle with the dead battery. also,can you manually turn the engine?
