Why wont my A/C blow with force its cold but would not come with hard force

Can you hear the blower (fan) running?.. Possible blower motor resistor and/or connector has failed... Is the air comming out somewhere else, defrost perhaps?.. Has a cabin air filter kit been added to the vehicle??
