4.6 miss fire on #2 changed coil ,plug fuel injector .still misses

Have you taken base engine compression readings? Have used Ford factory parts for the spark plugs and coil? I find using some aftermarket plugs and coils can lead to an engine misfire.

Remove coil assembly - rubber spark plug boot have ‘any traces’ of moisture on it? It is a rather common occurrence!
Furthermore - unless you are getting trouble code PO302 - there is quite possibly another cylinder misfiring ! Good luck to ya!
