replacing passenger side cylinderhead

What is your question?

I have this car that the previous owner used epoxy on cylinder three because of the spark plug ejected. misfire is still there so now I dont want to waste time tying to clean it out and risk damaging even more. so should I replace only cylinder head or engine? since I'm only working on this on weekends.

Have experienced mechanic take a look - possibly repairable by installing a special steel spark plug thread repair insert. What have ya got to loose?

Been the business a very long time - have fixed a bunch of these using the repair insert! No need to even disassemble engine - much less replace it.
