What is your question?
i have a 1999 crown vic,185000 mi.,it idles rough and has power issues at times when excellerating,it seems sluggish,i replaced the fuel filter, the intake , because of the thermostat housing was cracked after taking it to advance and putting it on the diognostics, the egr valve popped up,i got to looking and there ia an exhaust down on the egr tube, two vacuum line takeoffs are with nothing on them,i did not remove nothing from there,my question is , what hooks to these two lines if anything,or are they supposed to be plugged, thanks for your time

Usually under the hood there will be a sticker with a vacuum line routing diagram or go to http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info put in your vehicles info (its free ) and under Repair Guides look for EGR remove and replace to see where those lines go
If I am not mistaken those two line should have vacuum lines connecting them to the DPFE sensor also called an EGR Pressure Feedback Sensor.
