My engine is knocking so I was wondering can I get it rebuilt or just get another engine.

Whatever your budget will allow; You can get a used wrecking yard, a rebuilt, or a premium rebuilt.
Probably more cost effective to install a used engine. Next option would be to overhaul or purchase a remanufactured motor. Solely depends on your budget and how long you intend on keeping the vehicle.
So I can get it rebuilt? It will be cheaper to get it rebuilt than to get another right?
Not necessarily. Rebuild company's will sometime be cheaper, cheaper labor. Shop around to check prices and warranty.
