Why does my transmission jerk only after the car is warm?

all 700 codes are trans codes. you need a diag from a trans shop to determine the issue. Roy

P0708 indicates that there is a problem with the Transmission Range Sensor. When it gets hot, it may be malfunctioning. Have a Transmission shop take a look.
