keys wont turn in the ignition?

Move your shifter around (automatic transmission?) and make sure it is securely in park. Make sure your steering wheel isn't locked tightly against the lock too. Other than that, you will need some help. The ignition cylinder could have an issue that may not clear up with any attempts. I have seen these locks bind and fail, and even need drilled out to remove. Hopefully, though you will have better luck!
