need diagram of fuse box

This is very often the result of the failure of the blower fan resistor, it controls the low fan speeds, but not the highest speed.

This is the most likely culprit, have had the same problem.

i got kinda same problem my ac keeps going on off on off enven when don,t got it on ac and my fans keep runnig all time not sure if that is normal seems were pretty much same problem

Did you check for open recalls on this? The fan speed resistor is located behind the glove box and there were several thousand of these cars recalled for it. recalls do not expire
