How do I replace the 3rd cylinder on my 1996 Ford Contour?

What do I do when cylender 3 missfired. The check engine light on the dashboard is still on even after I have change the spark plug and wire of cylinder 3. what do I do? CAR MODEL IS 1996 Ford Contour

Next possibilities are : ignition coil (coil pack is failing on #3) or faulty or clogged fuel injector. I would suggest either cleaning or replacing the #3 cylinder fuel injector first. Also, check for air intake leaks in the hoses.
