My car is starting intermittently. Changed battery in key fob. What else is wrong

Hello, unless you have some indication that the key fob is of concern, I would direct my attention to the 12 volt battery under the hood. If it is not taking a full charge and is not able to sustain a load, it will definitely not start the car when called upon, even after driving it. Have the battery checked first. If it's just low in charge, you may need to check the charging system or check for a draw. But my guess is that it will not sustain a load, so check that first.
