oil change lite on for 1.5 wks now DisA 1293 mis is across dash -- meaning?

the oil change light came on about 1.5 weeks ago, i have the changed scheduled for this weekend. This afternoon when i was leaving from work, this came up on the dash "DisA 1366 mi" and as I drove home, the mi count went up. The oil is full and till clean, I checked it when the light first came on and again today when this other message showed up and it still looks great. Is this something i should worry about?
