2012 Fiat 500 Pop - Typical warning of the TPMS and found failed sensors. Replaced TPMS sensors and this resolved issue temporarily until TPMS UNAVAILABLE warning showed up. Realized that the TPM was not working. Replaced the TPM Receiver Module with a used like-for-like module (68070888AF). The TPMS warning light is no longer illuminated, but now the odometer flashes. I understand that this is an ECU configuration problem. I attempted to perform a proxi alignment with my scanner tool, but it fails and the BCM DTC shows that the TPM is "NOT ABLE." Interestingly, the TPM module has no problem and communicates with the ICP. How do I get the BCM to accept the new TPM module.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Not really a problem other than the flashing odometer
How long has your 2012 Fiat 500 had this problem?
After replacing the TPM Receiver Module

Hello, sounds like a situation where you'll need to ensure the proper part is present and a Fiat capable diagnostic tool is available to program the module to your vehicle. Gone are the days you could just replace parts at home and they'd just work with minimal intervention. As technological advances occur, a diagnostic tool with proprietary manufacturer data is required.
