The sprocket attaches to the front of the oil pump and have replaced the seal three times

Could the crankshaft have been "nicked or damaged" during removal or installation? Clean and closely inspect the nose of the crankshaft. If the nose is damaged a speedisleeve can be fitted to repair the damage.
