With respect - having the vehicle tested in the first place would have cost you far less than the predicament you're into now. Truth told, you've done so much that who even knows what the original problem was, and what new problems may have been caused by replacing the PCM and timing belt -- how is the timing set? Who programmed the PCM? Are the keys programmed? So many questions, you've got to seek some professional guidance, because no online forum can help solve your concern. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops Do a search at that link and find some shops near you to contact for assistance.
