I've changed everything but my engine and starter and my car still won't start but crank and the red light stays on now

just changed solenoids mounts spark plugs checked other wires its getting fuel changed camshaft timing belt and tensioner and last but not least pcm it does like it wants to start but doesn't and now the red light by the fuel gage is staying on has spark battery keep needing a charge but its not bad and the alternator isn't a year old what to do cause I'm going broke
