What is your question?
I changed my brakes and rotors at the same time 3 mos ago. Now, i'm hearing a lot of grinding when stopping. should I be needing brakes already?

The brakes should never need routine bleeding as the hydraulic system is a sealed system and should not experience brake fluid "loss". Brake bleeding to purge air from the system should only be necessary when hydraulic components have been replaced, brake hoses, wheel cylinders, master cylinder or calipers. It is wise to inspect the brakes at all wheels in case you do indeed have premature brake wear. Premature brake pad wear could be due to seized caliper guide pins, a defective brake proportioning valve. Brake lining materials vary in characteristics some fade quickly on heavy braking, some are more aggressive and performance orientated and some just are noisy and create a lot of brake dust. It is always safer to check the brakes if you suspect there may be a problem.
